Using Notes

Notes are a quick way to add information to any vehicle

Adding a note is an easy way to confirm a vehicle has been followed up on or verified.

From Manager:

  1. Scan / search a license plate number using the Lookup field, and then select “Add a note...”

  2. Write your note (the date, time, and author will automatically be populated.)

  3. Click ADD NOTE to save. Notes that are saved to the vehicle record are not visible to residents.

    To remove a note, simply click "remove" under the note you'd like to delete.
