How to Credit Guest Parking Usage

When needed, Full Access users can credit back guest parking time once a unit has hit their limit. 

For any complimentry guest parking time limits, usage/guest parking time can be credited back as needed. Here is how to credit usage for a guest parking permit:

  1. Go to Manager and search the unit or vehicle
  2. Under Parking scroll down and find a previous guest parking permit
  3. Hover over 'Options' and click 'Credit Usage'. This will credit back the length of the permit. 

NOTE: The permit that is credited back needs to be within the current guest parking time period (i.e. if your guest parking resets every calendar month, you can only credit back permits for the current calendar month).

REMINDER: If you need to give a unit more free time than the monthly limit, we recommend granting their vehicle a Special Permit.
