How to Register Employees and Other Non-Residents for Parking
Help determining the best way assign permits to people who park in your lot and aren't residents/guests of residents.
Question: What is the best way to issue permits to people who park in our lot, like employees or tenants of commercial businesses?
There are several ways to register non-residents such as:
- Assigning a Smart Decal
- Assigning a Digital Permit
- Issuing a Special Permit
- Printed Pass
In order to assign permits to employees or non-residents, you first will need to request that we create an Office, Commercial, Retail unit since employees or non-residents won't be registered to an actual apartment/unit on the property. If you'd like to add one of these, please reach out to us at help@communityboss.com.
NOTE: The additional units that can be added will be visible to those using the Parking Attendant to register for guest parking.
