Amenity Registration Window Options

Amenity Pass registration windows have been increased and a minimum time required before making a pass can be requested.

 

Amenity Boss has extended the pass registration window! Residents can now sign up for passes up to 60 days in advance.

Steps:

  • To extend the pass registration window go to Amenities and click “Edit.”

  • Under Pass Settings go to ‘Time Per Pass’ and click the “In Advance” dropdown.

  • Here you will see that you can now select 30 and 60-day windows that allow your residents to register for passes further in advance.

Note: Please reach out to help@communityboss.com to request a longer reservation window. Depending on the settings you have in place, we can extend out to 365-days.

TIP: Reach out to help@communityboss.com to request a minimum time required "In Advance" for making passes. For example, you may want to require a 24-hour notice before residents can make a reservation for your amenity. This will allow you time for prep, cleaning, etc.
